4 TRACK MIXER FOR GUITAR RECORDING

THIS 4 TRACK MIXER LETS ME "PUT DOWN" THE RYTHYM GUITAR, THEN THE BASS LINE, AND THEN I ADDED LEAD GUITAR. I WISH I HAD A DRUM SET AND THEM MY MUSIC WOULD SOUND MORE COMPLETE. MAYBE SANTA CLAUSE WILL BRING A SET FOR CHRISTMAS. I DONT KNOW HOW HE WILL GET THEM DOWN THE CHIMNEY, BUT IM SURE HE WILL FIND A WAY.

BELOW ARE THE MOST COMMONLY USED LEAD SCALE PATTERNS TO PLAY ON THE GUITAR.

THE MAJOR SCALE PATTERN IS THE SAME PATTERN AS THE WHITE NOTES OF THE PIANO. THIS SCALE CAN BE PLAYED IN 12 DIFFERENT KEYS. THIS MAJOR SCALE PATTERN IS 7 NOTES OF THE POSSIBLE 12 NOTES.

THE PENTATONIC SCALE PATTERN IS THE SAME PATTERN AS THE BLACK NOTES ON THE PIANO. IT IS ONLY 5 NOTES OUT OF THE POSSIBLE 12. THIS PATTERN CAN "OVERLAP" THE MAJOR SCALE PATTERN WHEN PLAYING IT IN A CERTAIN KEY.

BELOW IS THE DIAGRAM I MADE TO REMEMBER THE "MAJOR SCALE PATTERN" AND THE "BEEBOP SCALE PATTERN" ---NOTICE HOW THEY ARE THE SAME EXCEPT FOR THE ADDED "SQUARE NOTE"--THE GREEN NOTES ARE THE SAME NOTES THAT REPEAT THEMSELVES THROUGHOUT THE NECK OF THE GUITAR

BELOW IS AN INCOMPLETE "OLD SCHOOL" DIAGRAM I MADE TO REMEMBER THE BLUES SCALE-I WILL EXPLAIN IT LATER-IT IS THE "ROUGH ROUGH DRAFT" OF MY FUTURE GUITAR SYSTEM
