THIS SMOOTHY I JUST MADE WAS ONE OF THE BEST I EVER MADE.

HERE IS THE INGREDIENTS IN ORDER OF LARGEST QUANTITY, I DONT USUALLY MEASURE THE FRESH RAW INGREDIENTS BECAUSE I JUST THROW WHAT I HAVE IN. IT TAKES TOO MUCH TIME BUT IN THE FUTURE I WILL TRY TO GET YOU AN EXACT RECIPE. IT WAS REALLY GOOD.

ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE FRESH, RIPE, RAW, ORGANIC AND RINSED IN CLEAN WATER- I JUST USE TAP WATER TO RINSE THEM FOR CONVIENIENCE.

RED GRAPES --- REMOVE THE ROTTEN ONES AND RINSE WELL WITH WATER

RED STRAWBERRYS --- TAKE OF THE GREEN PARTS AND ANY ROTTEN PIECES AS YOU RINSE THEM UNDER THE WATER

ORANGES --- FRESH RAW ORGANIC JUICE FROM VALENCIA ORANGES

YOU MIGHT WANT TO SOAK THESE OVERNIGHT TO MAKE THEM BLEND WELL , BUT I DON'T BECAUSE I LIKE TO HAVE SOMETHING TO CHEW ON.(THESE CAME IN A PACKAGE AND HAD A LITTLE SUGAR IN THEM, THIS SMALL AMOUNT WILL NOT HURT YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE EATING IT IN A SMOOTHY MEAL WHICH IS GOING TO ALREADY HAVE NATURALLY OCCURRING FRUIT SUGARSL, SO IT WILL DIGEST GOOD IN THIS MEAL COMBINATION).

I ATE IT WITH BABY LETTUCE, BABY ROMAINE, SPRING MIX GREENS SALAD. FOR THE DRESSING I USED SOME LEFT OVER SOUP. THE SOUP WAS MADE OF OKRA, BROCCOLLI, GREEN BEANS, COLLARD GREENS, CORN, SPRING WATER, LENTILS, ONIONS, CABBAGE, CELERY, BLACKBEANS, EXTRA VIRGIN COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL, COCONUT OIL, UNIODIZED SEA SALT.

THIS MEAL I ATE DIDN'T FOLLOW THE "EXACT PROPER FOOD COMBNING PRINCIPLES", BUT I AM IN GOOD HEALTH AND SOMETIMES I DON'T FOLLOW THE EXACT COMBINATIONS BECAUSE I AM VERY EXPERIENCED IN PREPARING VEGETARIAN FOODS AND I CAN TOLERATE A SLIGHT BREAKING OF THE RULES.

IT WOULD PROBABLY BEEN BETTER TO EAT THE SMOOTHY FIRST, AND THEN WAIT AT LEAST A HALF AN HOUR TO EAT THE SALAD, BUT I TASTED IT AND COULDN'T STOP EATING THE SOUP AS I WAS MAKING THE SMOOTHY. ONE THING I DO KNOW THUGH IS THAT THIS MEAL WAS SATISFYING AND ALL I HAD TO DO TO CLEAN UP WAS TO RINSE EVERYTHING REAL QUICK IMMEDIATLY AFTER I ATE, AND NO ANIMALS HAD TO LOSE THEIR UNBORN CHILDREN, OR GO TO THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE......

ALSO IT WAS VERY TASTY

I HAVE BEEN A VEGAN VEGETARIAN FOR OVER 3 YEARS STRAIT (OVER 95% STRICT) AND MY BODYWEIGHT HAS BEEN STEADY AND I DO NOT LOSE ANY MUSCLE. LOOK AT COWS AND HORSES, ALL THEY EAT IS TONS OF GRASS AND HAY SALADS AND THEY ARE HUGE MASSIVE CREATURES OF MUSCLE. LOOK AT GIRAFFES, THEY EAT LEAVES FROM THE TOPS OF TREES. I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL NOT EVER SEE A GIRRAFFE CHASING DOWN AN ANIMAL AND EATING IT ALIVE. I BET YOU PROBGABLY WON'T EVER DO THAT EITHER. YOU SEE ON THIS EARTH THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF ANIMALS. MANY ARE NOT CARNIVORES. DO YOU THINK A GIRRAFFE WOULD STAY HEALTHY IF YOU ONLY FED IT HAMBURGERS AND FRIES IN A ZOO. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A SQUIRRELL EAT ANYTHING BUT ACORNS. DO YOU THINK AN ALLIGATOR COULD SURVIVE EATING GRASS LIKE COWS.

I GIVE ALL THE CREDIT TO REGAINING MY TOTAL HEALTH TO FIGURING OUT WHICH FOODS I HAVE EVOLVED TO EAT AS A HUMAN. EVOLUTION IS A LONG PROCCESS THAT HAPPENS OVER THE COURSE OF MANY, MANY YEARS. OUR TECHNOLOGY HAS OUTPACED OUR DIGESTIVE TRACK'S EVOLUTION.

I WAS LIVING ON SODAS, PIZZAS, BURGERS, KETCHUP, TABLESALT, FRIED CHICKENS, BURRITOS, SAUSAGE PATTIES COVERED IN SYRUP, BISCUITS, DORITOS, STEAKS, CHILI DOGS, ICE CREAM AND SNICKERS. AND WHEN MY STOMACH STARTED BURNING I WOULD JUST CHUG SOME ICE COLD MILK. THE BURNING WOULD GO AWAY BET THE FLAMES WOULD BE BACK IN AN HOUR OR SO. MY FEET AND STUFF WOULDN'T STOP ITCHING, I HAD A BURNING STOMACH MOST OF THE TIME, ALWAYS FELT HUNGRY UNLESS I JUST ATE, MY SKIN WAS HORRIBLE, I ALWAYS FELT LIKE I WANTED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM BUT WASN'T REALLY SURE, OR SURE IF IT WAS WORTH THE HASSLE. SOMETIMES HAD HEADACHES AND LOW ENERGY. I WAS NOT FEELING GOOD BUT I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING DIFFERENT. I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS NORMAL TO FEEL THIS WAY AND WAS JUST PART OF BEING HUMAN.

IF YOU KNEW YOUR POTENTIAL TO FEEL PHYSICALLY AWESOME YOU WOULD DO ANYTHING TO ATTAIN AND HOLD ON TO IT. I THANK GOD SO MUCH FOR LETTING ME SEE THE BIG PICTURE THAT ALL ANIMALS ON THE PLANET HAVE A NATURAL DIET THAT IS "SPECIES SPECIFIC" AND ALWAYS UN-COOKED. THIS REALIZATION HAS FOREVER CHANGED MY LIFE. I HAVE MY TOTAL HEALTH BACK.

YOUR BODY IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS TRULY YOURS IN THIS LIFETIME, AND I THINK IT IS WORTH IT TO KEEP IT PAIN FREE AND PROPERLY FUNCTIONING. I AM SOO THANKFULL FOR MY HEALTH.FOR SOME REASON WE USUALLY DON'T MISS SOMETHING UNTIL IT IS GONE.
