TODAY I AM GOING TO MAKE IT A "VITAMIN C" DAY. IMMEDIATLY UPON WAKE I TOOK SOME GUARANA FROM GNC. I AM GOING TO TAKE VITAMIN C TODAY AND NOT EAT STARCHES. I HAVE DONE THIS MANY TIMES AND I GIVE VITAMIN C A LOT OF CREDIT FOR MY VIBRANT STATE OF HEALTH. WHEN OTHER PEOPLE AROUND ME ARE SICK WITH THE FLU OR WITH A COLD, I JUST GO ONTO A "VITAMIN C PHASE" AND I DON'T GET SICK.

GERMS HAVE TO HAVE FUEL TO MULTIPLY. GERMS LOVE DEAD ROTTING FOOD. THE DEAD ANIMALS THAT MOST PEOPLE EAT, STARTS ROTTING QUICKLY IN OUR LONG DIGESTIVE TRACTS. GERMS DON'T LIKE "VITAMIN C". GERMS DON'T LIKE CLOROX EITHER. I THINK I WILL EAT THE VITAMIN C INSTEAD.


HUMANS ARE DESIGNED TO EAT PLANT FOODS BEST. HUMAN BEINGS ARE VERY DIFFERENT THAN "TRUE CARNIVORES". CARNIVORES HAVE VERY SHORT DIGESTIVE TRACTS AND SECRETE A VERY VERY STRONG ACIDIC DIGESTIVE FLUID. SOME CARNIVORES EAT ANIMALS WHOLE. THINK OF A SNAKE THAT EATS A RAT. IT JUST SWALLOWS IT AND DOESN'T EVEN CHEW IT UP. THEN THINK OF A HORSE. A HORSE CHEWS AND CHEWS AWAY, GRINDING AWAY, UNIL THE GRASS OR GREEN PLANTS IS TURNED INTO A PULP AND MIXED WITH SALIVA, THEN IT SWALLOWS THE FOOD.

HUMANS NEED TO CHEW THEIR FOOD UP GOOD TO GET THE FULL NUTRITION OUT OF THIER FOOD. HUMANS HAVE A VERY LONG DIGESTIVE TRACK SO WE CAN "SOAK UP" ALL OF THE NUTRIENTS OUT OF OUR FOOD. THIS IS WHY WE NEED TO EAT FOODS THAT DO NOT ROT FAST. DEAD ANIMALS ROT FAST. CARVIVORES HAVE A SHORT DIGESTIVE TRACT AND THEY SHISH THE DEAD ANIMALS THEY EAT OUT BEFORE THE HAVE A CHANCE TO ROT. HOWEVER WHEN HUMANS EAT MEAT, IT STARTS ROTTING AND THEN YOUR BODY HAS TO DEAL WITH A BUNCH OF ROTTING FOOD IN YOUR LONG DIGESTIVE TRACT. TO GET THE NUTRIENTS OUT OF THE PLANT FOODS WE EAT, THE PLANTS NEED TO BE IN US FOR A LONG TIME TO SOAK ALL OF THE NUTRIENTS OUT OF THE PLANTS. THIS IS HARD TO DO WHEN THE PLANTS ARE MIXED WITH A BUNCH OF ROTTING DEAD ANIMALS. SO YOUR BODY HAS TO MAKE A CHOICE, EITHER SOAK UP THE GOOD WITH THE BAD, OR DONT SOAK UP ANYTHING. WELL IF YOUR BODY NEVER SOAKS UP ANYTHING THAN IT WOULD NOT GET ANY NUTRITION, SO IT EVENTUALLY TAKES THE GOOD WITH THE BAD.

HUMANS ARE THE ONLY ANIMAL ON THE PLANET THAT KNOWS HOW TO USE FIRE, AND SO WE ARE THE ONLY ANIMAL ON THE PLANET THAT COOKS OUR FOOD. THERE ARE MANY MANY THRIVING LIFE FORMS ON THE PLANET, AND THEY ARE ALL (EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM) EATING THEIR FOODS UNCOOKED!! 100% OF THEM!!!

THE HUMAN POPULATION AS A WHOLE IS DISEASED AND SICK. DO YOU THINK IT MIGHT PARTIALLY BECAUSE WE ARE KILLING AND COOKING ALL OUR PLANT FOODS BEFORE WE EAT THEM?? IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE DESIGNED TO EAT MAINLY PLANT FOODS AND WE ARE EATING ANIMALS?? IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE EATING FOODS THAT DO NOT DIGEST WELL TOGETHER, SO THEY FERMENT OR ROT BEFORE THEY DIGEST, WHICH RESULTS IN INTERNAL FOOD POISIONING?? IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE EATING LOTS OF ARTIFICIAL CHEMICALS FOR FLAVOR??

YOU KNOW WHAT, IF THE FOOD YOU ARE EATING ISN'T TASTY WITHOUT DROWNING IT WITH ARTIFICIAL CHEMICALS, THEN YOU SHOULDN'T BE EATING IT. YOUR TASTEBUDS ARE THERE FOR A REASON AND THESE CHEMICALS ARE TRICKING THEM AND SATISFYING THIS "TASTE CRAVING" WITHOUT SUPPLYING THE NUTRIENTS YOUR BODYS CELLS ARE CRAVING. YOUR BODY IS CRAVING NUTRIENTS IT CAN USE TO EITHER BUILD YOUR BODY, PROTECT IT, OR TO BURN AS FUEL.

THESE ARTIFICIAL CHEMICAL DYES AND FLAVORINGS ARE DESIGNED TO BE ADDICTIVE. THEY ARE ARTIFICIAL, MOST CAUSE ACNE AND/OR CANCER, AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM HUMAN CONSUMPTION AND BE ILLEGAL. HOW HAVE WE ALLOWED THIS TO BE ALRIGHT AND ACCEPTED. IS IT THAT WE HAVE BEEN TRICKED INTO THIS WHOLE DISASTER. THE PEOPLE THAT DO NOT SEE THROUGH THE BULLSHISH WILL 99% LIKELY DEVELOP SOME FIND OF DISEASE IN THEIR LIFETIME EVEN IF THEY ARE TO EMBARRESED TO ADMIT IT.

YOUR BODY SHOULD ALWAYS BE PAIN AND SYMPTOM FREE. YOU DESERVE TO BE IN A VIBRANT STATE OF BEING. THESE ARTIFICIAL CHEMICALS THEY PUT IN MOST OF THE FOOD "NORMAL" PEOPLE EAT, IS KILLING US AS A NATION. I JUST HOPE THE HUMAN RACE WILL WAKE UP AND SEE THE BIG PICTURE OF THE WORLD AND SEE THAT WE ARE PART OF IT AND WE HAVE TO GET BACK IN TUNE WITH MOTHER NATURE TO SURVIVE LONG TERM. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF OR THE FUTURE GENERATIONS OF THIS HUMAN RACE THEN YOU WILL AT LEAST TAKE THESE WORDS AND FIND OUT IF THEY ARE TRUE AND MAKE SENSE.

HOWEVER I DO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN SOME PEOPLE GET TO A CERTAIN "POINT OF NO RETURN" WITH THEIR ADDICTIONS TO FOODS, THEY SAY "F" IT AND WOULD RATHER POP ARTIFICIAL PAIN PILLS TO COVER UP THE PAIN WHEN THEY DEVELOP IT. SOME PEOPLE MIGHT ALSO HAVE A DEATH WISH AND THAT IS THEIR RIGHT ALSO. YOU DO EVENTUALLY HAVE TO DIE FROM YOUR EARTHLY BODY, THIS IS TRUE, BUT I DON'T THINK YEARS OF SUFFERING IN A PAINFULL DISEASED STATE OF BEING IS WORTH THE TASTE OF THESE ARTIFICIALLY ENHANCED, CHEMICALLY MODIFIED, IRRADIATED, MICROWAVED, FOODS. THIS IS JUST THE WAY MY BRAIN THINKS AND I SEE MYSELF AS A SMART PERSON. I FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE COULD DIAGREE WITH MY OPINION AND I HAVE EMPATHY FOR THEM. THAT IS THEIR RIGHT AND I WOULD PROBABLY DO THE SAME IF I WERE IN THEIR SHOES.

I HAVE FIXED MYSELF FROM OVER 10 MINOR HEALTH CONDITIONS AND I AM NOW IN NEAR PERFECT HEALTH, AND I DID IT WITHOUT ANY PERSCRIPTIONS WHAT-SO-EVER. SO I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE. I DID IT BY CHANGING MY DIET AND ELIMINATING "ANIMAL SOURCE FOODS". I AM A VEGETARIAN AND I DO NOT EAT CHEESE. I HAVE TONS OF ENERGY AND I DO NOT STARVE MYSELF. I OFTEN BINGE EAT AND IT DOESN'T MAKE ME SICK OR GAIN WEIGHT. THE REASON THAT I DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT AND I MAINTAIN A VERY MUSCULAR, LOW BODYFAT PHYSIQUE, IS BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF FOODS AND NOT BECAUSE OF THE QUANTITY OF FOODS. IT ALSO HAS A LOT TO DO WITH EATING THE RIGHT COMBINATIONS OF FOODS AT THE RIGHT TIMES AND GOING THROUGH "PHASES OF EATING" "GOOD COMBINATIONS" OF FOODS.

WHAT I MEAN BY "PHASES OF EATING" IS THAT I MIGHT GO THROUGH A PHASE OF EATING FRUIT SMOOTHIES. THEN I MIGHT GO THROUGH A PHASE OF EATING FRESH SALADS, AND CARROTS WITH AVACADO AND OLIVE OIL/LEMON JUICE DRESSING. THEN I MIGHT GO THROUGH A PHASE OF EATING COOKED GREEN BEANS AND COLLARD GREENS. THEN I MIGHT GO INTO A PHASE OF EATING POTATOES AND VEGGIES. THEN I MIGHT GO INTO A PHASE OF EATING LENTIL SOUP WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OR COCONUT OIL BLENDED IN. THEN I MIGHT EAT PINTO BEANS AND VEGGIES. THEN I MIGHT HAVE A SNACK OF ALMONDS, PECANS, WALNUTS, BRAZIL NUTS, OR SESAME SEEDS. IT IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT TO CHEW NUTS AND SEEDS EXTREMELY WELL SO THEY DON'T SLICE YOUR INSIDES. THEN I MIGHT GO THROUGH A PHASE OF EATING CORN AND OKRA.

SOMETIMES I MIGHT EVEN BINGE AND EAT FRIED POTATOES, FRIED SQUASH, FRIED OKRA, FRIED MUSHROOMS, OR ONION RINGS. THESE FRIED FOODS ARE JUST ON OCCASION AND I ONLY USE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND ONLY USE SEA SALT AND NEVER TABLE SALT(THESE TWO TYPES OF SALT ARE VERY DIFFERENT). IF I PUT BREADING ON THEM IT IS JUST ALMOND FLOUR. THESE FRIED FOODS ARE NOT THE BEST TO EAT CONSTANTLY BUT IN MODERATION THEY DON'T HURT ME. THIS IS WAY DIFFERENT THAN "RESTRAUNT DEEP FRIED FOODS" BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF OIL AND TYPE OF SALT USED, AND ALSO BECAUSE I DON'T EAT MEAT.

YOU SEE EATING MEAT AND POTATOES AT THE SAME MEAL IS A BAD "FOOD COMBINATION" THAT DOESN'T DIGEST EFFICIENTLY. I KNOW THIS MIGHT NOT MAKE SENSE TO YOU RIGHT NOW AND YOU ARE PROBABLY SAYING "BUT THIS" AND "BUT THAT" BUT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THIS LAW OF HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY IF YOU KEEP STUDYING THE "PROPER FOOD COMBINING PRINCIPLES". THESE "PROPER FOOD COMBINING PRINCIPLES" IS ONE OF THE CORNERSTONES OF MY HEALTH SYSTEM AND I GIVE THEM AT LEAST HALF THE CREDIT FOR MY SUCCESS. IF I DON'T FOLLOW THESE PRINCIPLES, I WILL ALMOST ALWAYS GET HEARTBURN OR "ACID REFLUX DIS-EASE"

THESE PRINCIPLES ARE VERY REAL AND IMPORTANT NO MATTER HOW SILLY THEY MIGHT SEEM TO YOU AT THIS CURRENT TIME. YOU MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND NUCLEAR POWER, BUT THIS POWER IS PROBABLY WHAT IS RUNNING YOUR COMPUTOR RIGHT NOW. BELIEVE ME THESE PRINCIPLES ARE REAL. YOU SEE THE INSIDE OF YOUR BODY HAS MANY MANY CHEMICAL REACTIONS TAKING PLACE EVERY SECOND. CERTAIN FOODS HAVE DIFFERENT RATIOS OF DIFFERENT NATURAL CHEMICALS. THE FOODS YOU EAT REACT WITH EACH OTHER AND WITH YOUR BODY TO KEEP YOU ALIVE. IF YOU WANT TO BE IN AN OPTIMALLY HEALTHY STATE OF BEING, THEN YOU NEED EAT THE RIGHT "FORMULA" OF NUTRIENTS.

I GO THROUGH "PHASES" OF FOODS THAT ARE DIGESTIVELY COMPATIBLE WITH EACH OTHER. THESE, WHAT I CALL "PHASES", ARE CONSIDERED EITHER AS "NEUTRAL PHASES", "STARCH PHASES", " ACID FRUIT PHASES", "LIQUID MEAL PHASES", "BEAN PHASES", "ACID FRUIT PHASES", "FRIED IN OLIVE OIL PHASES", "RAW FOOD PHASES", "LOW FAT PHASES", "HIGH FAT PHASES", "HAVE A FEW GUINNESS BEERS PHASES". IF YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY THEN DON'T EAT. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY THEN EAT. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS TOO BASIC, BUT I THINK A LOT OF US SOMETIMES WILL EAT JUST BECAUSE EVERYBODY ELSE IS, AND THEN IF YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY, PEOPLE WILL START TRYING TO CONVINCE YOU TO EAT. OR YOUR PARENTS MIGHT HAVE SAID "NOW YOU'RE NOT LEAVING THIS TABLE UNTIL YOU EAT YOUR.....FILL IN THE BLANK." THIS IS STUPID AND IS PART OF THE REASON WE HAVE A "HEALTH EPIDEMIC PROBLEM" IN THIS COUNTRY. PEOPLE USE FOOD AS A REASON TO "MEET UP" AND "SPEND TIME". IT IS IN-GRAINED INTO OUR CULTURE. WHY NOT MEET UP AND SPEND TIME PLAYING GUITAR, OR PLAYING TENNIS, VOLLEYBALL, OR THROWING A FRISBEE INSTEAD. ANYTHING TO GET OUR MIND OFF OF FOOD. YOU WILL NOT DIE IF YOU MISS A MEAL, AND JESUS RECCOMMENDS FASTING AND PRAYING.

YOU KNOW WHAT ALWAYS GETS ME ARE THESE CHRISTIANS THAT ARE ALWAYS HAVING A BARBEQUE. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE "FASTING AND PRAYER" WHICH IS WHAT JESUS SAID TO DO TO MAKE MIRACLES HAPPEN. DID THE PREACHER NOT READ SEE THIS VERSE IN THE BIBLE. I THINK THAT WE REALLY NEED TO NOT OVERLOOK THESE WORDS THAT JESUS SPOKE TO HIS DECIPLES. FASTING HAS HELPED ME IN THE PAST. IT IS AN ANCIENT HEALING METHOD.

SOMETIMES I GET THE FEELING THAT SOME CRISTIANS THINK THAT SINCE JESUS WILL FORGIVE THEM, THAT THEY CAN SIN ON PURPOSE AND GET AWAY WITH IT. IT IS ALMOST LIKE THEY JUST THINK TO THEMSELVES "JESUS WILL FORGIVE ME, SO EVERYTHING WILL BE OK, SO I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT, AND BREAK ALL THE RULES." WELL I AM HERE TO KIND OF BE IN YOUR FACE ABOUT THIS AND STRAIT UP TELL YOU --THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!! (AT LEAST FROM MY EXPERIENCE). YES GOD HAS THE OPTION AND ABILITY TO DO MIRACLES AND MAGICALLY SAVE YOU, BUT THERE ARE USUALLY SOME KIND OF CONSEQUINCE FOR ALL OF OUR ACTIONS. SOME SORT OF PRICE TO PAY. GOD HAS SUPERNATURALLY SAVED ME MANY MANY MANY TIMES, BUT THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN OTHER TIMES WHEN I HAVE HAD CONSEQUENCES FOR MY DIRTY DEEDS.

IF YOU HAVE EVER READ THE BIBLE THEN YOU WILL SEE THAT JESUS WASN'T TO HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE IN POWER OF THE MAINSTREAM CHURCH. THE PHARISEES WAS ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WANTED JESUS DEAD. I THINK I WILL TRUST JESUS BEFORE I TRUST A PREACHER ANY DAY. THE PREACHERS OF THE "BIBLE DAYS" THAT WANTED JESUS DEAD, WOULD JUST TWIST AND SHAPE THE "MEANINGS" OF THE SCRIPTURES TO CONTROL THE PEOPLE AND TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF THEM.

ANYWAY I DIDN'T MEAN TO GET SIDETRACKED...

THE IDEA BEHIND MY "GOING THROUGH PHASES OF FOODS", IS THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE FOOD RESIDUE FROM THE PREVIOUS MEALS STILL IN YOUR DIGESTIVE TRACT, SO IF 2 OR 3 MEALS IN A ROW ARE FOODS COMPATIBLE WITHIN THAT "PHASE", THEN YOUR BODY IS ALREADY "SETUP" AND SECRETING SIMILAR DIGESTIVE FLUIDS. WHENEVER YOU ARE SWITCHING TO A "PHASE" THAT IS INCOMPATABLE WITH THE LAST, THEN EAT A "NEUTRAL MEAL" CONSISTING OF "NEUTRAL PHASE FOODS" SO AS TO "SWEEP" THE RESIDUE FROM THE PREVIOUS "PHASE".

I HAVE DEVELOPED THIS WAY OF EATING AFTER OVER 3 YEARS OF READING AND TRIAL AND ERROR, AND KEEPING A DETAILED FOODS AND HEALTH JOURNAL WHERE I HAVE RECORDED THE FOODS I ATE AND THE WAY I FEEL FROM EATING THESE FOODS. I HAVE REGAINED MY HEALTH BACK TO NEAR 100%. I HAVE ELIMINATED OVER 10 MINOR HEALTH PROBLEMS WITH MY SYSTEM. LIFE IS NOT GOOD IF YOU ARE NOT HEALTHY. IT IS WORTH IT TO PREVENT AND REVERSE ANY PROBLEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DO THE RESEARCH IF YOU NEED A SECOND OPINION. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE OVERCOME ILLNESS. STUDY SUCCESS STORIES FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BECOME HEALTHY AFTER BEING SICK. IF THEY CAN OVERCOME ILLNESS WITH CERTAIN TACTICS, THEN DOESN'T IT MAKE SENSE THAT WE CAN USE THESE SAME TACTICS TO PREVENT HEALTH PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY START.
