As of April 1 2009 I have been eating meat. Eating meat in moderation will not cause major problems as long as you follow the food chart 90% strict when designing your meals.

If I totally go off my diet, and start eating junk, some symptoms come back, but as long as I follow my diet 80% I feel good. If I only follow it 20%, then I don't feel nearly as good.

Once you totally regain your health, then a little breaking of the rules sometimes will not kill you, but you need to periodically go on a health binge to rapidly heal your body so you dont develop long term health problems.

AS I AM WRITING THIS, IT IS HALLOWEEN, AND MY PREDICTION IS THAT WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS PEOPLE WILL PROBABLY START GETTING SICK. THE REASON I THINK THIS WILL HAPPEN IS BECAUSE OF ALL THE CANDY THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE BINGE EATING TONIGHT AND ALL OF THE WEEKS TO COME UNTIL THEIR WHITE SUGAR SUPPLY RUNS OUT.

HALLOWEEN IS A VERY NEGATIVE HOLIDAY ON BOTH THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ASPECTS OF HEALTH. WHAT GOES INTO YOUR MIND IS EVENTUALLY GOING TO EXPRESS ITSELF IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, WHETHER IN A DREAM OR POSSIBLY IN THE REAL WORLD.(NOBODY LIKES NIGHTMARES--ESPECIALLY THE REAL LIFE ONES). WHO THE HECK INVENTED SUCH A HORRIBLE HOLIDAY THAT GLORIFIES THE HORRIFIC ACTIONS OF SOME OF THE SICK MINDED POPULATION. I WOULD GO INTO DETAIL OF ALL OF THE THINGS IT GLORIFIES, BUT I DON'T THINK IT IS GOOD TO EVEN THINK OF THESE NEGATIVE THINGS THAT HALLOWEEN CELEBRATES.

LITTLE KIDS ARE SO IMPRESSIONABLE AND WE SHOULD NOT BE PUTTING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND IMAGES INTO THEIR MINDS. ALSO, WE KNOW THAT EATING MASS QUANTITIES OF CANDY IS LINKED TO ALL SORTS OF HEALTH PROBLEMS AND LEADS TO FOOD ADDICTION, THAT CAN SOMETIMES LAST A LIFETIME. (HEALTHY FOODS ARE NOT NEARLY AS ADDICTIVE. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SOMEONE BEING ADDICTED TO CARROTS?. WHAT WERE THE CONSEQUENCES?)

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS TO OUR KIDS. I GUESS WE JUST DON'T REALIZE WHAT WE ARE DOING AND THE LONG TERM CONSEQUENCES THAT WE BRING UPON OUR CHILDREN. OVERALL, HALLOWEEN CAUSES MUCH PAIN AND SUFFERING, MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. MOST PEOPLE DO IT BECAUSE "EVERYBODY ELSE IS DOING IT", WHICH IS NOT THE BEST POLICY FOR CREATING AN IDEAL LIFE.(IDEAL IS NOT AVERAGE!!--IF YOU WANT TO BE AVERAGE JUST THINK LIKE AND ACT LIKE THE THE AVERAGE POPULATION. MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO. IF YOU LOOK AT THE STATISTICS, THEY AREN'T DOING TO WELL--YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A STATISTIC!! BUT CHANCES ARE, UNLESS YOU CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK, YOU WILL.)

YOU SEE, AT HALLOWEEN, THE WEATHER DRASTICALLY GETS COLDER FAST DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR, AND THIS CAN LOWER YOUR BODY'S RESISTANCE TO CATCHING A COLD (BECAUSE YOUR BODY IS NOT USED TO THE RAPID CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE, AND IT TEMPORARILY "SHOCKS" YOUR BODY) IF YOU DON'T DRESS PROPERLY. ALSO ALL OF THE "SIMPLE SUGARS" IN THE CANDY "FEEDS GERMS" AND LETS THEM MULTIPLY RAPIDLY IN YOUR BODY. THE CANDY ALSO PROBABLY DOESN'T HAVE ANY FIBER IN IT, WHICH IN TURN CAN CAUSE CONSTIPATION, WHICH RESULTS IN RAPIDLY MULTIPLYING GERMS, WITH PLENTY OF "FUEL", AND NO WAY OUT.

IF YOU HAVE EVER MADE BREAD YOU KNOW THAT THE YEASTS EAT THE SUGARS, WHICH MAKES AIR BUBBLES, WHICH MAKES THE DOUGH "FLUFFY" FOR BAKING. THIS HAPPENS IN YOUR BODY ALSO, BUT THERE IS NO "BAKING" TO EVENTUALLY "KILL OFF THE YEAST". SO THE YEAST JUST HAVE A FEAST AND JUST KEEP ON THEIR MULTIPLYING. YEAST LOVE TO LIVE IN THE HUMAN BODY. THE HUMAN BODY IS LIKE A HOTEL FOR YEAST, AND GERMS. THERE ARE ALWAYS YEAST AND GERMS IN YOUR BODY, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO FEED THEM THEIR FAVORITE FOOD.(WHITE SUGAR)

SO THIS MEANS THAT ALMOST ALL KIDS AT SCHOOL ARE FULL OF SUGAR, PROBABLY CONSTIPATED, LOW RESISTANCE TO INFECTION,(FROM RUNNING AROUND HALLOWEEN NIGHT IN THE COLD AND EATING CANDY) AND AROUND THOUSANDS OF OTHER PEOPLE, FIVE DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK.

SO ITS KIND OF LIKE A DOMINO EFFECT. ONE KID AT SCHOOL STARTS SNEEZING, SPREADS ALL OF THEIR GERMS INTO THE AIR, AND EVERYBODY ELSE IS THERE, FULL OF SUGAR, AND HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BREATH IN THE GERMS. WHEN THE GERMS COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE SUGARS FROM THE CANDY IN YOUR BODY, THEY START RAPIDLY MULTIPLYING AND TAKING OVER AND INVADING YOUR BODILY SYSTEMS. (GERMS LOVE SUGAR)

NEXT THING YOU KNOW. MANY PEOPLE AT SCHOOL ARE SICK, AND THEN YOU HAVE MANY PEOPLE SNEEZING, AND THE PROCESS REPEATS ITSELF OVER AND OVER UNTIL MOST OF THE PEOPLE AT SCHOOL ARE SICK IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. RUNNY NOSE, COUGH, HEADACHE, GAS PAINS, CAN'T SIT STILL AND FOCUS BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR HIGH (AKA:ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER), AND GOD FORBID YOU DISRUPT THE CLASSROOM AND GO TO THE BATHROOM TO HAVE DIARRHEA. (WICH IS ONE OF YOUR BODY'S WAYS OF TRYING TO QUICKLY GET RID OF THE TOXIC OVERLOAD)

THEN THE KIDS COME HOME ALL SICK (THE PARENTS PROBABLY GIVE THEM SEVEN UP AND CRACKERS = MORE SUGAR AND NO FIBER) SNEEZING ALL OVER THEIR PARENTS, THEN THE PARENTS TAKE THE GERMS AND CANDY TO WORK, THEN THEY EAT AT A RESTAURANT AND SPREAD THE GERMS TO THE RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES, THEN THEY SNEEZE INTO ALL THE FOOD (YOU NEVER SEE WHAT GOES ON IN THAT KITCHEN) AND SPREAD THE GERMS TO EVERYONE THAT EATS THERE.

THE FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS DISTRIBUTE THE GERMS TO THE POPULATION AS FAST AS THEY CAN DRIVE THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. IF THEY ORDER A SODA OR MILKSHAKE WITH THEIR GERMS ITS TIME TO MULTIPLY.

THIS PROCESS REPEATS ITSELF OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL THE ENTIRE POPULATION HAS THE GERMS IN THEIR BODY'S. YOU CAN'T ESCAPE THE GERMS NO MATTER WHAT.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IS TO NOT EAT THE FOODS THAT LET THE GERMS "MULTIPLY LIKE CRAZY" BEFORE YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM HAS A CHANCE TO KEEP THEM UNDER CONTROL. FOLLOWING THE RULES OF "PROPER FOOD COMBINING" FIXED MY "ACID REFLUX DIS-EASE" IN LESS THAN THREE DAYS!!! THIS HAPPENED TO ME, SO I KNOW IT WORKS. YOU WILL BE AMAZED ONCE YOU TRY IT. SINCE THEN I HAVE EVOLVED TO A DIET CONSISTING OF ABOUT 95% PLANT FOODS AND AROUND 50% OF IT IS EATEN RAW. I TRY NOT TO EAT MEAT UNLESS MY BODY IS REALLY CRAVING IT.(WHICH IS RARE, USUALLY ONLY AFTER DRINKING STRAIT LIQUEUR). OVER THE PAST YEAR I HAVE ONLY EATEN MEAT OR ANIMAL PRODUCTS A FEW DAYS PER MONTH, SOMETIMES GOING THREE MONTHS AT A TIME 100% VEGAN. (VEGAN MEANS ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMAL SOURCE FOODS AT ALL). ALSO AS LONG AS I STICK TO MY PROGRAM I RARELY GET SICK. THE FEW TIMES I HAVE BEEN SICK IT WAS WITHIN A WEEK EACH TIME OF BINGE EATING FAST FOOD OR PIZZA AFTER A "NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN". IT DEFIANTLY ISN'T WORTH IT NOW THAT I KNOW WHAT CAUSES ME TO "CATCH A COLD". NOW I'M NOT SCARED OF GERMS, OR "PLAYING IN THE RAIN".

I ATE ONLY 97% RAW PLANT FOODS FOR 9 MONTHS STRAIT, AND LOST AT LEAST 27 POUNDS, AND MAINTAINED 95% OF MY MUSCLE. I ATE AS MUCH AS I WANTED TO, LISTENING TO MY BODY'S CRAVINGS, AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD. MY ACNE DISAPPEARED, I FELT FULL OF ENERGY, HAD A FEELING OF LIGHTNESS, AND ALL OF MY STOMACH PAINS WERE NON-EXISTENT. MY "ATHLETES FOOT" DISAPPEARED, MY "CHRONIC FATIGUE" WAS GONE, MY HEADACHES DISAPPEARED, I DIDN'T NEED NEARLY AS MUCH TOILET PAPER, AND WASHING THE DISHES ONLY REQUIRED A SHORT RINSING, AND THERE WAS NO MORE HEAT IN THE KITCHEN, AND NO SMOKE IN THE HOUSE. LIFE WAS GOOD.

SINCE THEN I HAVE INDULGED IN THE FOODS OF THE AVERAGE MAN AND MY HEALTH IS DECLINING, I FEEL CONSTIPATED, MY STOMACH BURNS, I AM LOW ENERGY, FEEL DEPRESSED, MY SKIN IS BREAKING OUT, AND I AM PLANNING TO MOVE TO A CITY WHERE FRESH, UN-ROTTEN PRODUCE IS AVAILABLE. IN MY OPINION, THE REASON WHY SO MANY SMALL TOWNS ARE SO SICK, IS BECAUSE OF A LACK OF "TRUTH EDUCATION" AND A BRAINWASHING FROM THE T.V. COMMERCIALS TO EAT COOKIES, CAKES, AND COKES ALL DAY, AND A LACK OF A FRESH VEGETARIAN FOOD SUPPLY. MOST OF THE ORGANIC PRODUCE IN THIS TOWN IS EITHER NOT RIPE OR TOO ROTTEN TO EAT.

YOU SEE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO EAT WHITE BREAD BECAUSE IT HAS NO FIBER IN IT, AND IT ACTS LIKE GLUE IN YOUR DIGESTIVE TRACK LIKE CHEESE. AND IF YOU DO EAT BREAD IT SHOULD NEVER BE EATEN IN THE SAME MEAL AS MEATS BECAUSE IT CREATES A "DIGESTIVE CONFLICT" IN YOUR STOMACH THAT HINDERS THE DIGESTION OF BOTH. IF FOODS DON'T DIGEST FAST, THEY START TO ROT AND/OR FERMENT.(NOT GOOD)
