Your body either stores toxins and excess acids in your fat cells, or it can eliminate them through the skin if your other eliminatory organs are not functioning optimally, which will cause acne. 

Your body then holds onto this fat until it gets the alkalinity and any other nutrient it might need to neutralize these toxins, so that they can be safely 

If you neutralize these toxins first, then your body can burn your body fat for energy, without also burning these toxins. If you burn toxic body fat, this can also result in acne breakouts.

Burning toxic body fat for fuel will make you feel bad, and this is why as soon as your body starts to burn body fat, you reach for more food. Eating more food stops the burning of body fat.

But once you neutralize the toxins with the right foods, it will be much more comfortable for your body to switch over to burning fat instead, or along with youra copy of atkins diet is not what you want carbohydrates. So if you can neutralize the toxins first, then temporarily cycle through low fat meals or days, then you can get the fat to start coming off without bad symptoms like headaches, acne, and toxic fatigue.

You will want to start to eat more foods that will make your body alkaline, and less of the foods that make you acidic. 

Foods that make you acidic

Coffee, Liquor, sodas, Artificial Sweeteners, meats, breads, tortillas, ketchup, mayo, mustard, cheese, margarine, milk, sugar, candy, white rice, breakfast cereals, biscuits, cookies, cakes, pies, vinegar, roasted nuts, canned tomatoes, bottled juices, eggs, oats, bananas, dates, table salt, cooked acid fruits (like lemon, orange, tomatoes,) are some of the foods that will make you acidic.

When you eat foods that make you acidic, or that are toxic to your body, and at the same time you are eating a lot of carbohydrates, then that is the magic formula for gaining fat.

Some people can really pack on a lot of pounds in a very short time eating this way.

Foods that make you alkaline

Raw carrot juice, Raw orange juice, Raw leafy green vegetable juice, raw fruit smoothies made mostly with Raw citrus fruits, Raw barley grass powder, raw wheat grass juice.

Also cooked green beans, extra virgin olive oil, Raw coconut oil, raw almonds, raw neutral vegetables like lettuces, carrots, peppers, onions, 
squash, sprouts, Sea salt, Raw lemon juice, are good examples of foods that will help you alkalize your body.

Eating more alkaline foods will set your body up to easily let go of the excess body fat it is currently using to store this excess acid and toxins in. This will make it a lot easier for you to lose weight and be comfortable in the process.

Correcting your body ph, and detoxing the fat cells is one of the major things that you will want to do if you want to be successful in losing weight or reversing acne as fast as possible.

Some people have been successful at losing weight by strenuous exercise, but if you have a lot of weight to lose, then it would be a lot healthier for you to lose most of your excess body fat first, by simply changing your diet.
